The picture sure is muddled. Stochastics are just heading up through 20. Bullish% NASDAQ isnt under any pressure. Economic news is favorable. ISE index not extreme yet. Just scalped 2+ points on a quick surge in INTC as it hit resistance today. What a tear its had. Im not sure if its time to lighten up yet. Im not a day trader.
